Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced laptop hardware specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laptop diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues
  • Perform dismantling and reassembly of computer systems for repair purposes
  • Handle defective parts and return them to stock
  • Update repair status in a timely manner
  • Manage project work and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
  • Test software to ensure it functions properly

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least O Level or higher secondary education certificate in Electronics or Computer Science
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Technical knowledge of Windows operating system, MS Office Suite and other common desktop applications
