Job Title: Business Operations Director
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating team members to achieve optimal performance and development. This includes coordinating cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth operations, monitoring and optimizing daily activities to guarantee efficiency and quality, managing resources to ensure effective task completion, identifying operational issues, and implementing solutions.
To achieve this, the Business Operations Director will oversee order-taking, food and beverage service, and POS transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, the role involves providing outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional, and attentive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance and development

- Monitor and optimize daily activities to guarantee efficiency and quality
- Manage resources to ensure effective task completion
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in management or a related field, along with 2-3 years of management experience with strong leadership skills in the F&B or entertainment sector. The candidate should also demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with enterprise systems and process optimization is an advantage. Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software, are required.
