Business Operations Director

The role of the Business Operations Director involves overseeing various business operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This key position will be responsible for supervising critical processes, managing staff claims, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Accounts Receivable process and ensure timely collection and address overdue accounts.
- Oversee monthly vendor payments and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage staff claims and maintain accurate cash book records.
- Direct the procurement process and ensure efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and conduct periodic counts for accurate reporting.
- Maintain and update item codes and Bill of Material lists in the SAP system.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the SAP system.
- Lead the coordination of ISO standards compliance and manage internal and external audits.
- Implement and oversee auditing processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with HR to coordinate staff training and development programs.
- Diploma/Degree's Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in business operations
- Candidate with experience in SAP is an added advantage for the role
