**Job Title:** Business Operations Director
As a seasoned business operations director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our beef franchise outlets. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality customer service across all locations.
Key areas of focus include:
  • Managing inventory levels to maintain optimal stock, ensuring timely supply chain logistics and ordering.
  • Implementing operational processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery of quality products.
  • Supervising store managers and operational staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly, maintaining smooth business flow.
  • Preparing regular operational reports for senior management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Supporting training and development of operational teams to maintain high performance standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage or retail sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
