Job Title: Human Resources and Procurement Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources and Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, preparing monthly payroll, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
  • Payroll: Prepare monthly payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, overtime, and statutory deductions.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Purchasing Responsibilities:
    • Procurement Documentation: Prepare purchase orders, tax invoices, and delivery orders.
    • Supplier Management: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and maintain records of purchase orders, contracts, and correspondence.
    • Coordination: Coordinate goods delivery and manage logistics.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in human resources or procurement.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
