The successful incumbent will be empowered with the responsibility to collaborate closely with HODs to understand and fulfil training and development needs of the organization. The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
- Work with respective HOD to provide continual training and upskill programs for all employees
- Monitor on staff accreditation status and renewal
- Monitor Training’s budget of the organization
- Maintenance of training records and certificates copies in the Employee P-file folder
- Serves as a key contact for the training and development initiatives
- Handle Insurance Claim for WICA and Medical
- Assist in the renewal of related insurances policy renewal
- Prepare weekly or monthly HR report when required
- Liaise with MOM and relevant government bodies
- Brainstorm, design and execute employee engagement activities together with the Social Recreational committee to enable positive employees’ working experience in the organization
- Any other HR and General Administrative duties as assigned by HR Manager

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years as Human Resource Executive.
- Possesses relevant experience in construction industry is preferred but not compulsory.
- Familiar with the BCA Contractors Registration System registration and updates
- Has the ability to multi-task and complete tasks within deadlines. A pro-active team player and a “Can Do” attitude would be critical.
- 5 days work week
