IT Infrastructure Transformation Leader

Our organization is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Manager to spearhead the development and execution of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure strategies. This visionary leader will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide IT infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with architects, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and performance optimization.
  • Conduct thorough technical evaluations of infrastructure solutions, including cost-benefit analysis and vendor selection.
  • Mentor and lead technical engineers and infrastructure teams to deliver projects effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, with experience in IT infrastructure and project management.
  • Hands-on expertise in system administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of networking and security (firewalls, VPN, load balancers, routers, switches).
  • Familiar with monitoring tools (SolarWinds), data protection (Veritas), IAM (CyberArk), and vulnerability assessment (Nessus).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Microsoft, RedHat, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Dell EMC) are advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
