IT Infrastructure Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT executive to lead our infrastructure and server system support team. As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to staff on using systems and software.
You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and manufacturing systems, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, network infrastructure, servers, and data storage.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, network infrastructure, servers, and data storage.
- Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions, and monitor IT security.
- Provide technical support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, or factory-specific systems, and troubleshoot machine-PC communication issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain standard and custom software, and liaise with software vendors for updates, bugs, or new implementations.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, data protection, and access control, and support ISO/IEC 27001 compliance if applicable.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, provide training or guidance to staff, and maintain IT asset inventory.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of IT concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is highly desirable.
