Project Director - Construction

Job Overview:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to guarantee timely completion and success of construction projects.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, team performance, and encountered issues.

Required Expertise:

  • Master's degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in related field with a strong track record of leadership and management.
  • Manager-level experience in engineering, preferably in civil/construction/structural fields with a focus on project delivery and team development.

Desirable Skills:

  • Negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools and software.
  • Experience in structural and architectural works, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
