Job Title: Patisserie Master

We are seeking an experienced Patisserie Master to join our team. As a key member of our pastry department, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide range of sweet and savory pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present high-quality pastries, cakes, and other baked goods for service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the pastry team to develop new recipes and menus
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and feedback
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a pastry or bakery environment
• Advanced knowledge of pastry preparation, presentation, and plating techniques
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
