Site Operations Manager Job Description

This is a challenging role for a skilled professional to oversee the daily site activities related to PSD installation works.

As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with sub-contractors, clients, and various stakeholders for site matters and technical clarifications.

Responsibilities include monitoring project schedules, work progress, manpower deployment, and materials delivery.

In addition, you will conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

You will also provide technical support and resolve site issues promptly.

Key responsibilities include preparing site documentation including reports, method statements, and progress updates.

Assisting in testing & commissioning, quality control, and handover procedures is also an essential part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Candidates with relevant site experience in rail transit or construction projects will have an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with construction site requirements and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of construction drawings, technical specifications, and project coordination.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingsness to work on-site and perform nightwork when required.
