Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repairs: Ensure common areas, facilities, and landscaping are well-maintained.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets to promote financial efficiency.
- Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their concerns and coordinating with the MCST council.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors for essential services.
- Compliance: Ensure building operations comply with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency procedures, responding promptly to emergencies.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas, reports, and minutes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in real estate management, business administration, or a related field.
- Certification: Relevant certifications from institutions like SISV, BCA, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in strata-living contexts.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with regulations governing MCSTs.
- Computer Literacy: Competence in property management software and office applications.
