Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead our partner led/indirect sales channels.

  1. Develop and nurture relationships with Value Added Partners and strategic alliances, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  2. Manage partner sales performance, working closely with partners to advise on go-to-market strategies for partner-led accounts.
  3. Drive Partner-Sourced Sales in accordance with company sales YoY growth targets.
  4. Recruit new partners for key sectors, fostering a strong network of channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data pipelines for geospatial and tabular data, leveraging distributed processing frameworks (Apache Spark) and real-time streaming tools (Apache Kafka).
  • Configure Map, Feature, and Geoprocessing API endpoints for high reliability and performance.
  • Orchestrate data workflows using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) and orchestration tools across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Ensure data quality and governance by designing schema checks and automated testing at data ingress/egress points.
  • Implement observability through monitoring and logging (e.g., Prometheus and Grafana).
  • Deploy solutions confidently using version-controlled CI/CD processes on self-hosted virtual machines and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in channel sales or partner management, ideally in GIS, software, or IT.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven success in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling channel partners.
  • Strong skills in sales strategy, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with Esri products or GIS technologies is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and travel as needed.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration is a plus.
