Job Title: Strategic Leadership Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Strategic Leadership Developer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape leadership development in the Public Service through talent selection and future leaders initiatives.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing talent Selection and Future Leaders projects, working closely with senior and mid-level stakeholders in public service agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent management principles and practices, as well as experience in designing and delivering assessment and evidence-based solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage talent Selection and Future Leaders projects
  • Work closely with senior and mid-level stakeholders in public service agencies
  • Design and deliver assessment and evidence-based solutions
  • Combine AI and assessment methodologies to deliver effective selection and development processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Interest and knowledge in Psychometric, Measurement and / or Statistics
  • Awareness of the latest AI-powered selection technologies and methodologies
  • Self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and autonomously
  • Effective team player and values diversity
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work with broad directions
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Communicate well, both in the written and verbal form
  • Up to six years of relevant experience in the area of talent management, preferably in a consulting, or HR practitioner capacity
