Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. Your primary role will be to maintain a clean and organized store environment, while also managing cash handling procedures and generating daily sales reports.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve sales targets and implement effective inventory management strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting bag checks and implementing theft prevention measures to ensure store security.

Responsibilities
  • Store Opening: Ensure store cleanliness, report opening cash, update price tags, set daily sales targets using sales logs, and monitor CCTV positioning.
  • Security Management: Implement theft prevention measures, conduct bag checks, and ensure adherence to proper cash management procedures.
  • Daily Operations: Generate daily KPI reports and submit daily inventory reports 10 minutes before store closure.
  • Store Closing: Perform housekeeping tasks, report on closing sales, and handle banking cash with reporting to the Operations Manager.
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work on weekends. You should have a cheerful and smily demeanor, as well as experience working with young adults.

Additionally, you should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. You must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
