Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision and Training: Foster a positive work environment by providing ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by actively listening to feedback, resolving issues promptly, and implementing improvements to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Store Presentation and Maintenance: Maintain store appearance, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment that reflects positively on the brand.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute in-store promotions, events, and loyalty programs that drive sales and attract new customers.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to company policies, conducting regular safety audits, and addressing any potential risks or hazards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to inform business decisions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
