Private Jet Attendant Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure passengers' safety, security and comfort during flights by maintaining a clean cabin, preparing meals according to passenger preferences, and providing first aid when required.
  • Anticipate and meet passenger needs by developing in-flight menus tailored to client preferences and dietary requirements, ordering catering services, and coordinating logistics with the operations team and flight crew.
  • Deliver high-quality service to enhance the travel experience, handle pre-flight safety checks, and assist in managing flight schedules and inventory of in-flight supplies.

 

Logistics Support Duties:
  • Assist the Customer Service Director with catering and logistics arrangements, manage flight schedules, coordinate ground and travel logistics, and prepare comprehensive logistics briefings for crew members.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of in-flight supplies, provide administrative support as needed, and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably in a private jet setting, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Exceptional ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin, have a valid passport, and be willing to travel internationally.
  • Knowledge of flight operations and logistics is an asset.
