Cabin Ranger

**Core Responsibilities**:

- To drive down IFEC (IFE and Connectivity) DDL to ensure high IFEC availability.
- To have an oversight over IFEC vendors operation and work with them to prioritize the defects and planned works.
- To perform audits after IFEC sweep checks (Transit/Routine Checks) to ensure that IFEC quality is maintained consistently.
- To monitor availability & work with ENG OCC/SIAEC to ensure defects are promptly rectified.
- To Meet & Greet in-bound aircrafts with significant IFEC issues.
- To provide summary of IFEC issues for follow-up.
- To ensure that all the IFEC ACARS sent by cabin crew are attended.
- To attend to passenger feedbacks on the IFEC and carry first cut investigation.
- To monitoring aircraft IFEC health status with vendor tools and work with ENGOCC to uplink recovery procedures to Cabin Crew/THA.
- To coordinate with different working parties for resources and spares to troubleshoot critical/recurring defects.
- Ad hoc dtuies as required

**Requirement**:

- Nitec/Diploma in Engineering/Aviation
- 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Class 3 Driving License
- Willing to work shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
