
Dining Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Service Captain to lead our service team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Supervise: Oversee the service team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Customer Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent service to our guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Staff Training: Assist in training new staff members and maintain service standards, ensuring consistency across all shifts.
- Table Management: Manage table assignments, reservations, and guest flow efficiently, minimizing wait times and maximizing satisfaction.
- Kitchen Coordination: Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service, meeting our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Hygiene and Safety: Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies at all times, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
Requirements:
- Prior Experience: Prior experience in F&B or hospitality, preferably in Italian or casual dining concepts.
- Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the service team.
- Positive Personality: Positive, energetic, and guest-oriented personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
