Service Captain Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Captain to lead our service team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Supervise: Oversee the service team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in F&B or hospitality, preferably in Italian or casual dining concepts.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the service team.
  • Positive Personality: Positive, energetic, and guest-oriented personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
