We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience and promptly addressing any concerns they may have.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry, and possess excellent communication skills. You will also have a keen interest in learning about Korean dishes, beverages, and dining customs to enhance guest interactions and service.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests
  • Assisting in coordinating and supporting the FOH team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
  • Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating special requests to the kitchen
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Using knowledge of the menu to suggest items to guests and answer questions
  • Processing customer payments accurately and operating the POS system for efficient billing and order tracking

You will be required to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Interest in learning about Korean dishes, beverages, and dining customs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
