">In a fast-paced and dynamic environment, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Captain of Food and Beverage Operations to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Ensure that all guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience by providing attentive and personalized service.
">">Monitor the setup, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of dining areas to ensure a high standard of quality and hygiene.
">">Provide expert knowledge on menu items and assist guests with menu selections to meet their dietary needs and preferences.
">">Supervise and train staff members to maintain high standards of excellence in service delivery and food presentation.
">">Complete opening and closing duties, including checklists, in a timely and efficient manner.
">">Coordinate food service between the kitchen and dining staff to ensure seamless execution of meals.
">">Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage served.
">">Present accurate final bills to guests and process payments efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
">">Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
">">Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
">">Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, as well as relevant laws and regulations related to alcohol service.
