Group Operations GenAI Transformation Leader

The Role of Project Manager and Transformation Leader is crucial in driving key initiatives for Group Ops Transformation.
This position plays a pivotal role in project management and reporting, identifying and communicating timely project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Project Management & Execution: Participate in key initiatives for Group Ops Transformation and play a critical role in project management and reporting.
- Project Master Data Management: Maintain process tracking of workflows-workbenches enablement and GenAI use-cases deployment plans and benefits tracking across Group Operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Liaising: Work closely with Line Ops, Technology teams, Finance teams, RDU controllers, UORMs, Data stewards, etc. to drive consistent and fast progress on initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Organise and support in providing project management and governance updates via various forums, working groups, and senior management meetings.
- Senior Leaders' Presentations: Drive preparation & story-boarding of CEO / Group Heads' monthly-bimonthly updates and annual budget reviews.
- Data-driven Operating Model: Use & develop data-driven operating model for senior stakeholders' update (such as dashboards, control towers, etc.).
