About This Role

Job description The HR Team Lead will provide support to our Human Resources department in various key areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks and Record-Keeping
  • Facilitate administrative tasks and records updating, e.g., update personal particulars and manage personnel clearance for HR candidates and participants of various HR programs and activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and use relevant HR systems to streamline processes.
Certificate Preparation and Management
  • Customize and prepare certificates for participants of various HR programs and activities.
Communication and Event Planning
  • Manage communication with different groups of HR candidates and program/activity participants, including drafting emails and replies, and mass collection of responses.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of HR events such as interview boards, engagement sessions, career fairs, activity camps, and ceremonies.
eFiling and Document Management
  • eFile and reorganize archives in relevant repositories on both internal and external storage platforms.
