Event Manager

Job Summary:

This role involves coordinating meeting schedules between international delegates and exhibitors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate successful business meetings with government agencies, embassies/high commissions and international companies.
  • Communicate effectively with foreigners to find out their preferences and requests for meeting scheduling.
  • Utilize our online system to generate personalized meeting schedules between delegates and exhibitors.
  • Maintain an Excel database to keep track of meeting arrangements scheduled.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administration experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Able to communicate comfortably with foreigners.
  • Objective-oriented, meticulous and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
