Regional Manager, Employee Experience and Workplace Operations

As a key member of our global team, this role is responsible for leading workplace experience programs across the Asia-Pacific region. Your expertise will drive stakeholder partnerships, program design, and execution to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

This position involves managing end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation management. You will also oversee the implementation of workplace safety frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and driving process improvements
  • Supervising staff attendance, leave records, and overtime claims
  • Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and coordination with site supervisors
  • Developing the team while promoting a management philosophy that enhances guest satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Acting as line manager of Receptionists & Office Assistants; providing coverage when necessary

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience within Employee Experience, Workplace Experience, Office Operations, HR/People Operations, or People Program Management
  • Experience successfully organizing, executing, and tracking detailed projects and programs
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent written communication skills and a self-starter mentality
