Job Overview

This key leadership role involves leading and implementing the strategic vision for workplace experiences across our client portfolio. Combining expertise in food services, hospitality, and corporate social responsibility, you will drive strategies to support retention, grow business, and enhance service quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to set regional strategic directions for food services, hospitality, and workplace experiences.
  • You will develop and execute a workplace experience strategy to grow existing business through strategic account management, relationship building, and a multi-year roadmap.
  • You will design go-to-market sustainable workplace experience offerings focusing on three pillars: food only, food and workplace experience, and sustainability.
  • You will maintain execution excellence by collaborating with country and regional teams to retain and grow business.
  • You will gather intelligence and insights to support mergers and acquisitions/partnerships recommendations.
  • You will serve as an ambassador for our organization, driving engagement with regional and country businesses to implement local offers.
  • You will stay ahead of trends and innovations in workplace experience, food services, hospitality, and corporate social responsibility, introducing best practices to enhance services offered to clients.
Stakeholder Engagement and Business Development:
  • You will partner with key stakeholders to drive evolution in key brands and offerings that best position growth and development within target sub-sectors and clients.
  • You will engage and develop with key strategic clients, ensuring appropriate food, health, and performance and/or workplace experience strategy.
  • You will ensure governance is in place, including strategic account reviews and client business reviews.
  • You will partner with Account Directors to drive service and product excellence across key workplace experience offerings.
Sustainability and Wellbeing:
  • You will develop and implement sustainability strategies and roadmaps relevant to workplace experience across target sub-sectors and clients.
  • You will develop wellbeing and health and performance offerings to ensure clients feel confident we can ensure employee productivity and engagement within their workplace.
  • You will animate the CSR community, ensuring common alignment and sharing of best practices across accounts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record in developing and implementing workplace experience strategies.
  • Deep understanding of food service management, hospitality, and CSR principles.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, inspiring and mobilizing teams towards a common vision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, employees, and partners.
