A Regional Manager position is available for a dynamic leader who can oversee workplace and employee experience programs across the APAC region.
This role drives stakeholder partnerships, program design and execution, and operational excellence to support a high-quality employee experience.
- Acting as a program and/or project manager for various initiatives (builds, offsites, and related projects).
- Overseeing the implementation of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) frameworks by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation management.
- Developing and implementing SOPs and driving process improvements.
- Supervising and maintaining staff attendance, leave records, and overtime claims.
- Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and coordination with site supervisors.
- Developing the team while promoting a management philosophy that culminates in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Acting as line manager of Receptionists & Office Assistants; providing coverage when necessary.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience within Employee Experience, Workplace Experience, Office Operations, HR/People Operations, or People Program Management.
Candidate must have experience successfully organizing, executing, and tracking detailed projects and programs and relating them to the larger business context.
Candidate must also have a proven track record of exceptional customer service with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, especially with upper leadership.
Benefits
This role offers a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $10,000 - $17,000 per month.
The ideal candidate will be located in the APAC region and will have experience supporting a distributed workforce across multiple countries and time zones.
