Position summary:
Bureau Veritas Primary Integration (BVPI) is a global leader in Testing, Commissioning and consultancy services operating in mission critical data center space. Our clients are world renowned hyperscale and colocations and we have built our business across the globe. As part of our growth strategy we intend to strengthen our regional structure and are looking to hire a highly motivated, strategic intuited business executive to join at leadership position. The core objective of this position would be

2) Executive client relationship & management

3) Business development and diversification

4) Strategy development & implementation

6) People / Team management

7) Conflict management

8) Compliance Management & Financial control

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
- Establish and maintain client relationship
- Establish the company’s goals and objectives of revenue and operating profit
- Recruit new employees and build component team
- Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
- Design business strategies for the region and plans to meet the company goals.
- Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and

equipment. - Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analysis.
- Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and compliance policies.
- Assess overall company performance.
- Build strong network with strategic partners and continuously seek cutting edge solutions to address client s specific needs by communicating our value
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
- Manage and lead Project Management & Technical organization in the region
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent leadership, management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide effective presentation and solution demonstration
- Ability to develop trustworthy relationship with all stakeholders
- High-level, polished, refined selling skill sets in B2B business environment.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Master’s in business administration / management or equivalent
- Experience of working as a Business Manager / Regional Manager / Business Executive / management of P&L
- More than 15 years of experience with 7-10 years of management and business leadership experience
- Experience in data center, mission critical industry would be preferred
