Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Development professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities, including potential partnerships, alliances, and new verticals.
  • Lead the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Oversee the development of sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business development team.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Oversee client account management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Use data and insights to make informed strategic decisions and adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts across relevant industries.
  • Oversee the preparation and negotiation of business proposals and contracts.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on progress, challenges, and new opportunities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • B2B sales experience within the Medtech/Lifescience industry.
  • Experience in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to travel internationally.
