Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome.

The Guest Service Executive will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, and as such, they will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their stay with us. They will be expected to provide prompt and courteous service, handling all guest requests and queries with efficiency and professionalism.

In addition to delivering excellent customer service, the Guest Service Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate knowledge of hotel facilities and services. They will be expected to provide guests with information on local attractions and events, as well as assist with any issues or concerns they may have during their stay.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
  • Able to perform rotating shifts
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Good public relations skills

Prior experience in hospitality is advantageous, but not essential. What is essential is a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to going above and beyond to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience.
