Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to students, parents, and teachers. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all stakeholders have a seamless experience with our centre's academic and operational functions.

  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Facilitate student trials and enrollments, addressing any customer inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster trust and cooperation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and high-quality service experiences in a customer-facing role.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with students and parents to encourage retention.
  • Provide programme information on class schedules, trials, and enrollment processes to potential clients.
  • Monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure a satisfied clientele.
  • Oversee the opening, closing, and running of the premises.
  • Ensure all resources (classrooms, materials, teacher) are available and ready for academic activities.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate student attendance records.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely invoice and fee collection processes.
  • Perform reception duties, answering phone and email enquiries.
  • Acquire a strong working knowledge of our programmes and services.
  • Maintain close liaison with all other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrolment reports.
  • Plan replacement classes and last-minute cover schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service.
  • Available to work shift hours, including weekends, with designated off days on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Bilingual proficiency is highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or education industry is preferred.
  • Exhibits emotional maturity and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and related practices.
  • A strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possesses a positive, extroverted, and outgoing personality.
  • Maintains a well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Adaptable, able to navigate change and ambiguity effectively, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and attentive to accuracy.
  • Composed under pressure, with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
