  • Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Assist with administrative duties as required, such as data entry, filing, or other tasks.
  • Send reminders to clients regarding upcoming appointments or deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and Mandarin (to answer Chinese-speaking enquiries).
  • Other Requirements: Good time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
