**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Manage day to day operations in the service counter
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward tenants/visitors at all times
- Responding promptly to tenants/visitors inquiries
- Communicating with tenants/visitors through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving tenants/visitors complaints
- Ensure tenants/visitors satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Assist with administrative duties
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in customer service/ customer experience
- Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent
- Multilingual (able to converse in different languages)
- Computer knowledge/skill is vital
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high grooming standards
- Highly motivated and possess good initiative
- Team player with customer oriented and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to undertake conversation with tenants/visitors, with patience and good listening skills
