Drive Innovation in AI-Driven NetworkingAs a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of cutting-edge AI-driven networking, analytics, and multi-tenant platform offerings. This pivotal role requires driving transformative change in how organizations connect, manage, and extract value from their digital infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and execute strategic product roadmaps, expanding capabilities to meet dynamic market demands.
  • AI & Platform Expansion: Drive growth and adoption of AI services, transforming offerings from networking insights to comprehensive, full-stack solutions.
  • Adoption & Revenue Growth: Implement successful go-to-market strategies to increase product adoption, achieving high attach rates and significant recurring revenue gains.
  • AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead integration of generative AI solutions to simplify usability, including conversational AI applications for troubleshooting and beyond.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to deliver customer-focused innovations and support global initiatives.
  • MSPOperations: Enhance platform observability and workflows for service providers, scaling adoption and improving operational effectiveness.
  • Data-driven Insights: Oversee product analytics tools (Pendo) to derive actionable insights and inform product decisions.
  • Professional Evangelism: Support sales, marketing, and evangelism of AI-driven networking solutions; participate in conferences and tech summits as a speaker.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12+ years in Product Management, Technical Leadership in SaaS and Enterprise Networking domains. At least 3 years of experience in AI in Enterprise Networking.
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of one or more AI-driven networking platforms.
  • Proven innovator, with experience in product ideation (e.g. AI troubleshooting, agentic systems).
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and presentation skills; track record as a regular speaker at industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Background in supporting and enabling channel partners, ISVs, and enterprise customers.
