Chief Artificial Intelligence Strategist

The role of Chief Artificial Intelligence Strategist involves leading a team of AI engineers, guiding them on technical knowledge, project management and execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and oversight to a team of AI engineers.
  • Project Execution: Work with stakeholders to manage and see projects through from start to end.
  • AI Model Development: Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain AI systems for optimal performance, reliability and scalability.
  • Data Management: Collect, pre-process and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and implement best practices to enhance our AI capabilities.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or a relevant field.
  • At least 4-5 years' experience with AI/ML projects.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 2-3 AI engineers.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
