Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internship Administrator to manage our internship program.

As an Internship Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day enquiries received via the internship inbox. You will also review and approve all company registrations and job postings, respond to and follow up on enquiries related to company registrations and job postings, synchronise and manage internship data between two recruitment platforms, transfer applicants' data to facilitate interviews, assessments, and offer processes as required, conduct regular checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity, generate and update recruitment and operational reports, support general system administration and troubleshooting coordination, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Ability to multi-task and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
