Internship Program: Fitness Industry

Job Title: Gym Trainee

Duration: 5-12 months

Objective:
Gain hands-on experience and skills in the fitness industry, with opportunities for full-time conversion and career growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Gym Operations: Assist with daily gym operations, including basic equipment maintenance and cleanliness.

2. Member Support: Provide excellent customer service, respond to member inquiries, and offer support.

3. Fitness Classes: Assist with small group fitness classes, learn class formats, and develop teaching skills.

4. Sales and Marketing: Support sales and marketing efforts, including promotions and events.

5. Administration: Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
