Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional leasing advisory team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, executing leasing transactions, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee local delivery teams and execute a wide range of leasing transactions varying in size, value, and complexity.
  • Manage active transactions and client portfolios ensuring strong relationships and seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain robust communication with local markets colleagues, external clients, and CRE stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve key technical challenges in transactions proposing viable solutions.
  • Lead local pitches including delivery models, pricing, written submissions, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with APAC markets teams to convert relationships into repeat business opportunities.
  • Partner with Client Solutions/Transaction Management (CS/TM) to develop scalable profitable delivery models for regional clients.
  • Drive team performance to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Develop pitch materials, presentations, and market trend communications to support business growth.
  • Implement systems to consistently engage regional pursuits and existing clients.
  • Optimize technology tools.
  • Track, analyze, and report on Regional Market team performance metrics.
QualificationsSkills & Experience
  • 10+ years in commercial real estate preferably in tenant representation, transaction management, or occupier services.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of APAC real estate markets and practices.
  • Strong IT proficiency.
  • Familiarity with JLL's service offerings and
