**Your background**
- At least 4 years’ experience in maintaining accuracy of loan / lease documentation with limited supervision.
- Ability to review and understand credit approval report
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Customer service oriented, good level of Problem solving / Risk mitigation skill
- Clear, articulate oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills ( Excel, Word, ), highly organized, work well in a Team environment
**What you can expect**

**What you will do**:

- Review of new lease/loan documentation, obtaining the necessary line of business approvals for closing & funding activities.
- Review of insurance provisions in contracts, policies & certificates
- Loading transactions to the ALFA Lease Management system
- Processing payments to external agents/vendors/ borrowers
- Work with Credit, Legal, Finance & Marketing personnel within the region to understand requirements to ensure transactions & processes meet required policy standards.
- Responsible for monthly reporting functions and assist in Audits
- Responsible for life cycle management of the loan / lease portfolio.
