East Region Lease Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the leasing team, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties and providing support to ensure the smooth execution of lease-related tasks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties and support to the leasing team, including maintaining databases and preparing lease documents.
- Prepare lease documentation and track lease status, ensuring timely maintenance of tenancy records.
- Liaise with various parties on lease-related matters, including tenants, lawyers, and government agencies.
- Provide support for meetings and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the leasing team and other departments to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents by tenants.
- Monitor lease expirations and renewal opportunities.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
- Track and ensure timely follow-up of financial transactions such as lease payments and security deposits.
- Record and reconcile audited sales reports and GTO billing, if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experience with databases and data management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
