Employees are also encouraged to engage with the community through various service opportunities. Responsibilities Manage and guide the team in executing leasing strategies. Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental yields and occupancy for the commercial portfolio. Secure new tenants, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals, and liaise with property agents. Review and recommend tenancy mix and positioning for new and existing properties. Propose periodic updates to tenancy mixes and lease renewals. Conduct market research and benchmarking of rental rates and occupancy costs. Prepare annual rental budgets, forecasts, and management reports. Sign letters of offer, tenancy agreements, and related documents. Requirements Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or relevant discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial leasing.
