Responsibilities
  • Manage and guide the team in executing leasing strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental yields and occupancy for the commercial portfolio.
  • Secure new tenants, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals, and liaise with property agents.
  • Review and recommend tenancy mix and positioning for new and existing properties.
  • Propose periodic updates to tenancy mixes and lease renewals.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking of rental rates and occupancy costs.
  • Prepare annual rental budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Sign letters of offer, tenancy agreements, and related documents.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial leasing.
  • Proven success in marketing and leasing commercial properties.
