Responsibilities Identify and prospect for potential tenants through market research, networking and outreach Negotiate lease terms for new leases and renewals Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters Requirements Diploma in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines Preferably with 3 years of experience in retail/commercial leasing Good negotiation and communication skills Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry role #J-18808-Ljbffr
