Retail Leasing Manager/Senior Manager

Overview We are partnering with a leading real estate group to hire a Retail Leasing professional to drive leasing performance across their Singapore retail portfolio. The role offers the opportunity to work with established brands, shape tenant strategies, and contribute to the evolution of vibrant retail destinations. Responsibilities Drive leasing activities across retail assets — from sourcing new tenants to managing renewals and lease negotiations Build strong relationships with retailers, F&B operators, and property agents to enhance tenant engagement and retention Develop and execute leasing strategies to optimise occupancy, rental returns, and tenant mix Conduct market research and rental benchmarking to support pricing and positioning decisions Prepare and review lease documentation, letters of offer, and tenancy agreements Monitor portfolio performance, budgets, and forecasts to ensure leasing targets are achieved Ideal Candidate Profile / Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related discipline 8–15 years of experience in retail leasing within developers, landlords, or REITs Sound understanding of the Singapore retail landscape and current market dynamics Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for curating dynamic and sustainable tenant mixes Employment details Employment type: Full-time Location: Singapore References to job postings, locations, and dates that do not pertain to the role have been removed to focus on the core responsibilities and qualifications for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
