Key Responsibilities:- Respond to all sales inquiries, RFPs, and tenders in a timely and professional manner.
- Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including inbound calls, cold calling, email marketing, and online inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute effective sales strategies and convert leads into paying customers.
- Monitor sales cycles and promptly respond to sales inquiries to expedite closing deals and chase payments.
- Support all sales and marketing initiatives, including ad-hoc roadshows and events.
- Diploma or degree in any field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the service and consulting industry.
- Knowledge of HR solution systems or HR functions is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to adapt to changes and evolving business needs.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and display abilities as a good team player.
- CRM (Hubspot) and automation tools familiarity.
