Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist at Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to attend to all sales inquiries, RFP/ITQ, and tenders in a prompt and timely manner, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to sales inquiries and tenders within 24-48 hours, providing accurate and timely information to clients.
Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including inbound calls, cold calling, and email marketing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to execute effective sales strategies and convert leads into paying customers.
Monitor sales cycles and promptly reply to sales inquiries, perform follow-ups, and expedite closing deals.
Requirements:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in any field
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a B2B environment, especially within the service and consulting industry
Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality
Ability to adapt to changes and evolving business needs
CRM (Hubspot) and automation tools familiarity is a plus
Interest in sales
