Fortinet is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to provide vital support to sales teams throughout the region. The successful candidate will manage important administrative sales tasks, serve as a point of contact for customers with queries, and contribute to quality customer service to help the sales team meet its targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for partners/customers when reps are busy with customers, taking messages and providing simple information, managing sales agendas.
- Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
- Handle SPR/ITF requests and follow up on SQL requests.
- Manage point-of-sale processes and update customer records in the company database as required.
- Make calls to customers/partners to invite them to events and follow up, making appointments for sales when appropriate.
- Accurately describe basic product features and benefits.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of sales support experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focus.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
