We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation and Image: Our ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and pleasant demeanor, ensuring they can represent the brand's youthful and fashionable image.
  • Retail Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in accessories, fashion, beauty, or fast-fashion sales.
  • Youth Brand Aesthetic Alignment: The successful candidate will have a passion for fashion trends, particularly accessory styling, and sensitivity to aesthetics, as well as an understanding of young consumers' preferences.
  • Effective Communication: Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral) is essential, along with articulate communication skills and the ability to engage customers with enthusiasm.
  • Sales Orientation and Proactivity: A sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve goals is crucial, along with a willingness to learn product knowledge and drive sales.
  • Team Player: The ideal candidate will possess a collaborative spirit, maintaining a positive store atmosphere and efficient operations.
  • Responsibility and Diligence: Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle daily store operations (sales, cashiering, visual merchandising, inventory management) are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Retail Experience: Prior retail experience in shopping malls is preferred.
  • Accessory Knowledge: Deep knowledge of accessory materials and current fashion trends is desirable.
  • POS System Proficiency: Basic proficiency in POS (Point-of-Sale) systems is beneficial.
