We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Leader to lead our retail team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Leadership: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, both for parents and children alike.
  • Team Management & Training: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a small team of retail staff to meet daily goals and uphold brand values.
  • Sales & Performance: Drive the team to meet sales targets, monitoring individual and team performance to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is always clean, tidy, and presentable, taking ownership of safety and maintenance standards within the store.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level; additional retail or business management qualifications a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of retail or store management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families
  • A calm, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, solve problems on the ground, and make day-to-day decisions
  • Passionate about creating joyful shopping experiences in a children's lifestyle environment
