Job Title: Retail Store Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail store leader to join our team. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in hair dressing and possess excellent leadership, sales, and coaching skills. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff to achieve targets, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a single store
