Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Site Management Expert to lead our construction projects in Singapore.

This role involves overseeing daily on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on site, enforcing safety standards, and conducting regular inspections to minimize hazards. They will also be required to inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and standards, addressing any quality issues promptly and coordinating corrective actions.

The selected individual will be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate records of work progress, delays, incidents, and site conditions. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role, as the Site Management Expert will need to communicate and coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight:

    Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Team Management:

    Manage construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on site, ensuring that everyone follows safety regulations and work procedures.

  • Safety and Compliance:

    Enforce safety standards and conduct regular inspections to minimize hazards and ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.

  • Quality Control:

    Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and standards, addressing any quality issues promptly and coordinating corrective actions.

  • Material and Equipment Management:

    Monitor the use of materials and equipment on site, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage of materials and tools.

  • Problem Solving:

    Resolve on-site issues, such as delays, resource shortages, or design conflicts, communicating and collaborating with engineers, architects, and clients as needed.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records of work progress, delays, incidents, and site conditions, preparing daily or weekly reports for upper management.

Requirements:

  • Available to work six days a week, with flexibility to return on Sundays in case of emergencies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
